Terms & Conditions of Use

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of RoadTripInside, including its website, public content, forms, supplier-application processes, commercial-intake functions, and related online features.

RoadTripInside’s current commercial processes are operated through Travel You Life LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or submit information through its forms.

1. Purpose of RoadTripInside

RoadTripInside is being developed as commercial matchability infrastructure for the broader road-trip ecosystem.

Its public website may include information relating to:

  • commercial matchability;
  • product and supplier capabilities;
  • problem-state mapping;
  • fit, non-fit, and conditional-fit conditions;
  • qualification;
  • commercial routing;
  • supplier participation;
  • product or capability validation;
  • qualified inquiry processes;
  • historical road-trip and informational content.

RoadTripInside does not operate as a universal marketplace and does not guarantee that any particular product, supplier, buyer, inquiry, transaction, or commercial opportunity will be available.

2. Informational and Commercial-Structure Content

Public information on RoadTripInside is provided for general informational, research, commercial-structuring, and qualification purposes.

Content may help identify relevant products, resolver classes, suppliers, compatibility considerations, commercial variables, or possible next actions.

However, public content should not automatically be treated as:

  • a final technical determination;
  • a manufacturer-approved fitment decision;
  • engineering advice;
  • installation approval;
  • safety certification;
  • legal advice;
  • financial advice;
  • professional procurement advice;
  • a binding quotation;
  • a warranty;
  • a contractual commitment.

Where a product, installation, vehicle configuration, technical condition, or commercial requirement requires confirmation from a manufacturer, supplier, installer, dealer, technician, engineer, rental operator, fleet operator, or other qualified party, the appropriate participant remains responsible for that confirmation.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness

RoadTripInside aims to structure information carefully, but product specifications, fitment information, compatibility data, supplier capabilities, inventory, prices, territories, commercial terms, and other real-world conditions may change.

Information may also be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, ambiguous, or dependent on variables not available to RoadTripInside.

You are responsible for verifying material facts before relying on information for a purchase, installation, contract, procurement decision, vehicle modification, commercial arrangement, or other consequential action.

4. Fit, Non-Fit, and Conditional Fit

RoadTripInside may organize products, capabilities, or commercial situations using concepts such as:

Fit

Known information supports consideration of a product, supplier, capability, or commercial route.

Non-Fit

Known information indicates that a product, supplier, capability, or route should not currently be considered.

Conditional Fit

The situation may be relevant, but one or more decision-critical variables remain unresolved.

These classifications are part of RoadTripInside’s commercial-structuring model.

They do not replace manufacturer requirements, professional technical judgment, contractual approval, regulatory requirements, or other authoritative confirmation where those are required.

5. Supplier Applications

RoadTripInside may allow manufacturers, importers, distributors, dealers, installers, upfitters, fabricators, rental operators, fleet suppliers, and other commercial providers to submit supplier applications.

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

  • acceptance;
  • inclusion;
  • publication;
  • representation;
  • endorsement;
  • recommendation;
  • AI visibility;
  • AI recommendation;
  • routing volume;
  • qualified inquiries;
  • exclusivity;
  • leads;
  • quotations;
  • transactions;
  • revenue;
  • any other commercial result.

RoadTripInside may accept, decline, pause, or discontinue review of any supplier case at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

6. No Partnership or Agency Created by Submission

Submitting a form, contacting RoadTripInside, participating in preliminary discussions, or having public information reviewed does not create:

  • a partnership;
  • joint venture;
  • agency relationship;
  • employment relationship;
  • distributorship;
  • dealership;
  • exclusive arrangement;
  • fiduciary relationship;
  • supplier representation agreement;
  • buyer-representation agreement;
  • other binding commercial relationship.

Any formal paid work, routing arrangement, representation, supplier participation, commercial engagement, or other contractual relationship must be established separately.

7. Commercial Engagements

RoadTripInside may from time to time enter into separate commercial arrangements involving services such as:

  • product or capability structure review;
  • problem-state mapping;
  • commercial matchability work;
  • supplier-side validation;
  • qualification infrastructure;
  • commercial routing;
  • supplier-specific pilots;
  • other related commercial work.

The scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, termination rights, and other commercial terms of such work should be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, order, statement of work, invoice terms, or other applicable business document.

These website Terms do not replace a separate commercial agreement.

If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the specific commercial engagement, the separate agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

8. Qualified Inquiry Gateway

RoadTripInside may operate or develop structured inquiry processes intended to improve the information available before a commercial case reaches a supplier or other commercial participant.

Use of a Qualified Inquiry Gateway does not guarantee that:

  • a supplier will receive the inquiry;
  • a supplier will respond;
  • the requirement will be accepted;
  • a product will fit;
  • inventory will be available;
  • a quotation will be issued;
  • a transaction will occur;
  • the buyer or supplier will proceed.

RoadTripInside may classify, clarify, decline, redirect, or withhold a request where the available information is insufficient or where the apparent route is inappropriate.

9. Third-Party Suppliers and Commercial Participants

RoadTripInside may identify, reference, link to, structure information about, or route users toward third-party:

  • manufacturers;
  • distributors;
  • dealers;
  • installers;
  • upfitters;
  • rental operators;
  • service providers;
  • merchants;
  • commercial representatives;
  • other businesses.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, these parties are independent third parties.

RoadTripInside does not control their:

  • products;
  • inventory;
  • pricing;
  • warranties;
  • installation quality;
  • sales representations;
  • delivery;
  • refund policies;
  • contracts;
  • service levels;
  • business practices;
  • compliance;
  • availability.

Any transaction or commercial relationship between you and a third party is subject to the terms agreed between the relevant parties.

10. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

Links are provided for convenience, sourcing, reference, commercial routing, or informational purposes.

A link does not automatically mean RoadTripInside:

  • endorses the third party;
  • guarantees the third party;
  • represents the third party;
  • has verified every statement on the third-party website;
  • has a current commercial relationship with that party.

You access external websites at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. AI-Assisted and Automated Processing

RoadTripInside may use AI-assisted, automated, analytical, or software-based systems for activities such as:

  • research;
  • information organization;
  • supplier and product analysis;
  • classification;
  • problem-state mapping;
  • identification of missing variables;
  • matchability testing;
  • internal workflow support.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations.

Such tools are used as supporting systems and do not independently create a binding commercial determination or agreement.

Where a real-world decision requires human, supplier, professional, technical, contractual, or regulatory confirmation, that confirmation remains necessary.

12. Legacy Content

RoadTripInside previously operated primarily as a road-trip information website.

Historical content may remain accessible.

Legacy content may contain older:

  • travel information;
  • destination information;
  • affiliate links;
  • product references;
  • recommendations;
  • advertising;
  • external links;
  • commercial relationships;
  • references to prior site positioning.

The continued availability of such content does not mean that it represents RoadTripInside’s current primary business model.

Historical content should also be evaluated according to its original publication date and current real-world conditions.

13. Affiliate Relationships and Advertising

Some legacy or current pages may contain affiliate links, advertising, referral relationships, or other forms of commercial attribution.

Where required, applicable disclosures should be provided.

RoadTripInside may receive compensation if a user purchases or takes an action through certain qualifying links or relationships.

The existence of compensation does not create a guarantee that a product or third party is appropriate for a particular user’s circumstances.

See the Disclosures and Disclaimer for additional information.

14. User Submissions

When you submit information through RoadTripInside, you represent that:

  • you have the right to submit the information;
  • the information is not knowingly false or misleading;
  • your submission does not unlawfully infringe another party’s rights;
  • you will not knowingly submit malware, malicious code, fraudulent information, or unlawful material.

You should not submit:

  • passwords;
  • payment-card information unless through a designated payment provider;
  • confidential customer information;
  • trade secrets;
  • controlled technical information;
  • regulated personal information;
  • information you are not authorized to disclose;

through a general public form.

15. License to Review Submitted Information

By submitting information for supplier review, qualification, matchability analysis, or another requested RoadTripInside process, you grant RoadTripInside and Travel You Life LLC permission to use the submitted information internally to review and respond to that submission.

This limited permission does not automatically grant RoadTripInside ownership of your trademarks, proprietary product data, copyrighted materials, confidential information, or other intellectual property.

Any broader right to publish, reproduce, modify, commercialize, or distribute non-public supplier materials should be governed by applicable law or a separate agreement where appropriate.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original RoadTripInside website content, branding, text, structure, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or used with authorization by their respective rights holders.

You may not, without appropriate authorization:

  • reproduce substantial portions of original RoadTripInside content for commercial republication;
  • falsely present RoadTripInside content as your own;
  • remove proprietary notices;
  • misuse RoadTripInside branding;
  • imply an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist.

Third-party trademarks, product names, company names, images, documents, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party trademark does not imply ownership or endorsement.

17. Prohibited Use

You may not use RoadTripInside to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • submit fraudulent or deceptive information;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • interfere with website security or operation;

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • misuse supplier or commercial information obtained through the website;
  • falsely claim a RoadTripInside commercial relationship;
  • use the website to facilitate unlawful activity.

18. No Commercial Outcome Guarantee

RoadTripInside does not guarantee:

  • rankings;

  • response rates;
  • sales;
  • transactions;
  • revenue;
  • profit;
  • return on investment.

Commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside RoadTripInside’s control.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

No warranty is made that:

  • the website will always be available;
  • information will always be complete or error-free;

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
